others to listen and see things from your perspective is a critical
leadership skill. That's the focus of this training. We
concentrate on:
       
Application
of presentation techniques, practice, one-to-one coaching, videotaping,
instructor and peer feedback, and self critique. Each participant
leaves with a videotape of his or her presentation and the training
manual.
